Through the wee blue door, Edzell...

Today, Sunday 10th November, i decided to have a wee drive up to the Wee Blue door just outside Edzell. This is, as its description, a small blue door in the wall just after the bridge over the River Edzell on the North outskirts of Edzell itself...
The door is about 5ft in height and when you open its like stepping into Narnia, especially at the time of year as the colours on the trees are fantastic...
Me being 6ft with tripod attached to back pack, im near on my knees getting through the door lol.

As you enter the forest you can hear the thunder of the rapids from the River Edzell, that cuts along the side. There are a few different paths snaking along the banks of the river, one along the edges and the other a bit more higher (and safer)
3/4 around the Northern route, i came across a small wooden bridge, cutting across a stream flowing down the banks in to the river itself, the colours around were just beautiful, time for a photo...
I used F11 as to create a flow on the stream bounding down the banks, enhanced the colours in Photoshop and created an Iris Tilt shift to focus more on the bridge and bonny...
